Effection February 1st, 2026 a booking deposit is required to book. If you are a no show or running more than 15 mintues late you will be rebooked and a $50 fee will apply. Unless the office needs to rebook there will not be a rebooking fee. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Terms and conditions apply. All services are final price, and no refunds are given once the preparer has started your file. Any refund requests will be rejected once your file has been started or if you’ve selected pre-order services or canceled your appointment date.  All Services are paid upfront. A $50 cancellation fee applies. If a customer is a no-show, they forfeit their booking fee.
